Job summary

cmcmarkets is seeking a proactive Client Onboarding Executive or KYC Analyst to drive accurate and compliant client onboarding. You will manage end-to-end KYC checks, perform due diligence, and collaborate with Sales, Compliance and Legal to resolve onboarding blockers.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment. Prior KYC experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in KYC and client onboarding.
• Strong end-to-end KYC knowledge, including complex structures.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FCA, JMLSG guidance, MiFID, and Money Laundering Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end KYC due diligence for new and existing clients.
• Act as the primary contact throughout the onboarding journey.
• Carry out CDD/EDD, Source of Wealth/Funds, PEPs, Sanctions and Adverse Media Screening, MiFID categorisation, FATCA/CRS, EMIR.
• Identify gaps and verify documentation using internal systems and external sources.
• Assess customer risk profiles and escalate concerns as needed.
• Review diverse entity types such as corporates, funds, partnerships, and trusts.
• Maintain accurate client information across systems and ensure timely reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance and Legal to remove onboarding blockers.
