Job summary

Evotym is seeking an AML Onboarding Manager to drive the full onboarding lifecycle for B2B clients from first contact to activation. This remote role collaborates with banks, PSPs, and financial partners to ensure compliant, efficient onboarding across Europe.

You will coordinate KYC/AML documentation, liaise with partners, and continuously improve onboarding workflows, delivering high-quality service in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years on onboarding B2B clients, underwriting or compliance operations.
• Experience in fintech, payments, PSPs or financial services.
• Understanding of client onboarding processes and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).
• Experience using AI tools to automate tasks and increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle from initial engagement to activation of B2B clients.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure timely execution of all required steps.
• Prepare, maintain, and oversee documentation packages, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal and partner requirements.
• Liaise with banks, payment providers, and other financial partners regarding client onboarding matters.
• Respond promptly to incoming requests and provide all necessary information in a timely manner.
• Monitor application statuses and drive next steps to ensure successful onboarding.
• Contribute to improving internal workflows and operational efficiency.
