Job summary

Ondo Finance, a blockchain-enabled investment firm, is seeking an Affiliate Manager to scale its global affiliate and KOL programs. You will own strategy, identify partners, negotiate terms, and drive campaigns across regions.

This is a fully remote role with international coverage. The role requires crypto-native market knowledge, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work with Growth, Content, Product, Legal, and regional teams to maximize awareness, acquisitions, trading activity,

Qualifications

• Proven experience building or managing affiliate, creator, influencer, ambassador, or KOL programs for crypto-related platforms.
• Strong knowledge of the crypto creator and trading ecosystem.
• Understanding tokenized stocks and perpetual futures, including leverage.
• Ability to source, recruit, negotiate, activate, and retain valuable partners.
• Track record of measurable acquisition, trading, revenue, or retention outcomes.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgment with ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the global affiliate and KOL program strategy and goals.
• Identify, evaluate, recruit, and manage high-potential partners.
• Develop partner and campaign strategies aligned with product initiatives.
• Negotiate compensation, referrals, and incentives; manage lifecycle.
• Design campaigns around product launches and market expansions.
• Collaborate with Product and Growth on referrals, tracking, and optimization.
• Establish reporting, governance, and coordinate with Legal on compliance.
