Qualifications

• Senior management experience leading revenue or customer-facing teams in B2B tech.
• Real AI fluency and daily use of AI tools.
• Clear written and spoken English for international partner conversations (C1).
• Comfort leading sales, customer success, and marketing at once in a small company.
• Commercial judgment balancing growth with profitability, with disciplined forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue strategy, forecast, and provide a clear view of pipeline, new business, and marketing efficiency.
• Lead strategic deals and executive relationships with top customers; own net revenue retention, churn, and expansion.
• Build and lead Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams; create a consistent new-business funnel; leverage AI tools to improve speed and quality of outputs.
