Job summary

You will respond to inquiries, guide onboarding journeys, and host webinars while collaborating with Product and Engineering to improve the customer experience. This is fully remote.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Support, or SaaS roles.
• Experience using Zendesk or similar platforms.
• Ability to host webinars or online training.
• Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset.
• Process-oriented with a drive to automate improvements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk and guide onboarding.
• Support renewals, upgrades, and feature adoption milestones.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Host webinars and training sessions for user enablement.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feedback.
• Monitor customer health and drive value realization.
