Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B IT.
• Experience running inbound and outbound campaigns with sales alignment.
• Data-driven with KPI ownership and analytics.
• Remote-first, international environment experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience using AI in marketing for reporting and insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets.
• Balance inbound and outbound demand generation across full funnel and ABM.
• Build messaging to position Appsilon as a specialist pharma/life sciences analytics partner.
• Define KPIs, run rapid experiments, and optimize campaigns and channels.
• Lead a distributed marketing team and partner with Sales and leadership.
