Rayda is seeking a seasoned product leader to shape the strategy and execution of a remote, SaaS-focused product portfolio. You will own discovery, roadmaps, and success metrics while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, Success, and Operations to drive measurable business outcomes.
The role emphasizes AI-enabled development, structured QA and release processes, and data-driven decision making across globally distributed teams.
Competenze
- 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in a senior role.
- Experience delivering end-to-end SaaS products.
- Ability to set strategy, roadmaps, and prioritize business requirements.
- Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, QA, and stakeholders.
- Experience with product analytics tools like PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
Mansioni
- Develop and execute a product strategy aligned with Rayda's objectives.
- Own discovery, research, roadmap prioritisation and success metrics.
- Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise backlog, coordinate sprint planning, and track delivery.
- Establish QA, release management, and sign-off processes.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and prototyping.
