Job summary

Experis is seeking a Clinical Systems Change & Adoption Specialist to drive adoption of clinical systems across global teams. The role focuses on creating user-friendly training materials, engaging stakeholders, and supporting change management initiatives to ensure end users maximize new capabilities.

You will develop resources, lead adoption strategies, and participate in readiness assessments for smooth rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 4+ years in business analysis, stakeholder management, user adoption, or change management.
• Experience in life sciences, clinical operations, or clinical trials preferred.
• Knowledge of EDC platforms, clinical trial systems, regulatory reporting, or vendor management solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering user engagement strategies and adoption of new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, communications, and support resources for clinical systems.
• Partner with business system owners, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand system capabilities and translate them into clear, user-friendly content.
• Support change management, user adoption, and training activities related to new system features and processes.
• Contribute to system readiness assessments and the successful rollout of new capabilities.
• Gather end-user feedback, identify adoption challenges, and help drive continuous improvements.
• Promote awareness and effective use of available support resources across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a positive end-user experience.
