Job summary

JTG Consulting Group, LLC seeks a Clinical Systems Analyst to design, implement and maintain clinical information systems for healthcare clients. You will collaborate with client teams to plan installations, document requirements, and deliver upgrades and enhancements in line with governance standards.

The role requires extensive LIMS experience, knowledge of order communications, and strong clinical process understanding. Remote work is possible with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) including listed platforms.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Order Communications systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Clinical Processes.
• Minimum 2 years of EPR experience with build, implement and end-user support.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, implement, and maintain hardware and software solutions for clients.
• Design, manage, and oversee projects and tasks for clients.
• Configure, test, modify, and maintain software applications.
• Provide technical support and train end users on Information Systems.
• Ensure compliance with UK GDPR, NHS information Governance, and related privacy rules.
