Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support organizational change management for technology initiatives across Central Europe. You will collaborate with project managers, analysts, leadership and business teams to drive adoption and understanding of new tools and processes.

This role emphasizes the people side of change rather than ITIL processes. You will develop change plans, engage stakeholders, and help ensure sponsorship, readiness and measurable adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizational change management or technology adoption (2+ years).
• Creative approaches to reach and engage people.
• Empathy for users' viewpoint in change scenarios.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to influence others and communicate a shared vision.
• Fluent English.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Change management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change plans for internal technology initiatives.
• Assess how changes affect people and establish sponsorship.
• Engage future users and identify needed support.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Create training materials, communications, knowledge resources, and templates.
• Facilitate sponsor meetings and leadership presentations.
