Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across studies for Sponsors. You will design and implement processes, change management plans, and standards, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery.

You will support the Business & Operational Excellence group, lead cross-functional process improvements, and develop training and change initiatives to enable sustained adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in change management, operations support, and process improvement experience.
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development or demonstrated competency in the key areas of the role.
• Strong drug development experience with understanding of other functions relevant to the position.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement in operational excellence across all activities.
• Lead evaluation of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Lead change management initiatives and ensure adoption and sustainability of process changes.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
