Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to lead data management activities across global trials in a fully remote role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and sponsors to ensure data quality from study start-up through database lock.

You will develop and maintain trial documentation, oversee UAT, drive data cleaning, and monitor progress with study metrics, supporting reliable analysis and informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in clinical data management in life sciences.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong knowledge of CDM best practices and trial processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management activities across multiple global trials from start-up through close-out.
• Coordinate resources to deliver data management deliverables on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain key trial documents (data management plans, edit check specs, protocols).
• Oversee UAT activities to ensure accurate database functionality.
• Manage external vendor reconciliation specifications and outputs.
• Drive data cleaning to maintain data quality and readiness for analysis.
• Produce study metrics to monitor progress and identify risks.
• Partner with sponsors, vendors and internal stakeholders in project meetings.
