Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate change activities into project plans.
• Design and execute strategic communications on plans tailored to projects and audiences to promote adoption.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in for change initiatives.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather input and provide updates.
• Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of change efforts.
• Use data-driven insights to improve change management and communication strategies.
• Evaluate organizational readiness and define mitigation actions for change risks.
