Job summary

Unit4 is seeking an Associate Application Support Consultant in Wrocław to be the first point of contact for IT and business application questions. You will provide professional, efficient support to Unit4 customers and help resolve a variety of cases.

You will progress issues with colleagues and R&D, investigate defects, handle escalations, and ensure compliance with security and procedures while contributing to service improvements in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Financial/Accounting background is a plus and familiarity with Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for IT and business application queries and provide professional support.
• Progress issues to resolution, coordinating with colleagues and R&D as needed.
• Investigate defects, document findings and escalate when appropriate.
• Manage customer escalations and keep customers updated on progress.
• Follow security requirements and company procedures, contributing to service improvements.
• Mentor less experienced team members and share product knowledge.
