Job summary

Unit4 is seeking an Associate Application Support Consultant to be the first point of contact for our customers on IT and Business Application related questions. You will provide a professional, efficient, and effective support service to Unit4 customers in the resolution of support cases and related tasks.

LCollaborate with colleagues and R&D, investigate defects, and escalate when needed while developing both product knowledge and soft skills. English and Swedish fluency required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Fluent in Swedish (verbal and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Finance background is a plus.
• Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills and service orientation.
• Finance background or experience using financial would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service environment is an advantage.
• Ability to manage time to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Friendly and professional manner with an enthusiastic positive approach to tasks.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of Unit4 ERP module or other module would be an asset.
• Knowledge/experience with ServiceNow and ITIL.

Responsibilities

• Progress each issue to conclusion, liaising with colleagues and R&D as appropriate.
• Investigate, process and document application defects passed to the Application Support team.
• Be proactive in highlighting escalation risks with your Team Leader and coordinate additional resources.
• Handle customer escalations, taking ownership of complicated issues and keep customers updated.
• Comply with information and Security Requirements and all Company procedures and ISO standards.
• Investigate, document and present process improvements to the Customer Services Team Leader.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements or chargeable activities and raise via the appropriate channels.
• Own your personal development plan including product/technical knowledge and soft skills.
• Train and mentor less experienced team members around product knowledge, skills and processes.
• Work in a team environment to help and assist colleagues.
