Ideal candidates will possess proven experience with Unit4 ERP and strong knowledge of Financial/Logistics modules, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English. This role includes occasional travel to the Wrocław office and emphasizes a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Unit4 ERP is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Financial/Logistics module.
• Basic SQL skills for query troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve daily incoming customer support cases.
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex issues.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Deliver training sessions for knowledge development.
