UNIT4 NV in Wroclaw is seeking a Principal Application Support Consultant to join our EMEA/UK team, delivering high‑quality support on the Unit4 ERP platform. This senior, hands‑on role involves stabilising a recently changed team and mentoring colleagues.

You will handle complex cases, guide escalation processes, and contribute to knowledge sharing, training, and continuous improvement, with exposure to Unit4 ERP and ERPx through a rotational learning path.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of escalation management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Operate within a flat team structure, covering both first-line and advanced support responsibilities.
• Balance operational support delivery with strategic contributions such as mentoring and process improvement.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
• Work across both Unit4 ERP and ERPx, starting with ERP and expanding knowledge via a rotation programme.

This is a senior, hands-on role. You will play a key role in stablising and strengthening a team that has undergone recent changes, ensuring high-quality support delivery while mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
