Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager for a fully remote role. You will own the client acquisition pipeline, identify and convert prospects, and drive growth across US/UK/AU markets.

You’ll create leads, manage outreach, and run discovery calls with senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B sales within BPO/VA or staffing, strong English communication, and proven ability to hit targets in a high-volume outbound setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Must have prior experience as a BDM within a BPO, VA agency, or staffing/outsourcing company.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume outbound environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal with international clients.
• Strong experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Go High Level).
• Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and meet targets without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Manage high daily volume of calls with decision-makers.
• Run discovery calls with business owners and ops leaders.
• Convert prospects into signed clients.
• Develop and refine sales scripts and outreach messaging.
• Manage pipeline end-to-end in CRM, keep data clean, report metrics.
• Collaborate on verticals, pricing, and GTM planning.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets.
