Job summary
Square One Resources Limited is seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide technical support for a portfolio of business-critical applications. This role is fully remote and ideal for engineers who enjoy troubleshooting and system analysis.
You will support applications like CaseIQ, Peeps, Whisply and Curayo, analyze logs, and participate in incident and change management. Strong English and ability to work across technologies are required. Poland-based or remote in Poland.
Qualifications
- Experience in application support or production support.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand complex systems and dependencies.
- Experience with enterprise applications.
- Good English language skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical and application support for multiple business-critical systems
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues across applications and integrations
- Monitor application health, performance and availability
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and other technical stakeholders
- Participate in incident, problem and change management processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
