Relativity is seeking an Application Analyst to support clients globally from a remote/hybrid Poland-based role. You will create, resolve, and maintain tickets, while building expertise in Relativity products, SQL, networks, and servers. Expect frequent phone and email interactions with customers and careful adherence to SLAs.

The role reports to the Manager of Product Support and operates under a Flexible Schedule Model with 8-hour shifts across a wide time window to ensure global coverage.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
• Respond to client questions, problems, and work requests daily using phone and ticketing systems.
• Develop product, SQL, network and server knowledge to help customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create, resolve, and maintain support tickets daily.

• Escalate issues to product teams when needed.
