Job summary

AML RightSource seeks an Applications Specialist in Krakow to support and administer corporate applications across the organization. You will be the primary contact for requests, provide end-user guidance, and maintain the application catalogue while ensuring cost controls.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to drive improvements, perform admin functions, and ensure compliance with IT policies. Fluent English and 2+ years in IT/application support are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support or application support role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of common corporate applications.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and user provisioning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for requests and issues related to corporate applications within the assigned portfolio.
• Provide user support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving application-related problems.
• Guide end-users with best practices for effective application usage.
• Collaborate with key users and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in application usage and processes.
• Perform administrator functions within supported applications: user administration, access management, configuration, and basic maintenance.
• Manage and maintain the corporate application catalogue, ensuring accuracy and updates.
• Support lifecycle activities such as updates, configuration changes, and system improvements.
• Maintain internal documentation related to supported applications, procedures, and configurations.
• Ensure applications are used in compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Assist with monitoring and controlling costs related to applications and software subscriptions.
