Job summary

Unit4 is seeking an Application Support Consultant in Poland. The role is remote within Poland with occasional visits to the Wroclaw office.

You will be the first contact for IT and Business Application related questions, delivering professional support to Unit4 customers and resolving cases efficiently. Qualifications include fluent English, strong customer-facing skills, and knowledge of Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies, workplace processes and IT infrastructure.
• Exceptional Customer facing skills and ability to deliver strong customer service.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service environment is advantageous.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage time, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Friendly, professional and proactive with tasks.
• Able to work independently and in a team; strong team player.
• Comfortable with a dual working environment.

Responsibilities

• Progress issues to resolution, liaising with colleagues and R&D as appropriate.
• Investigate, document and process application defects.
• Highlight escalation risks to Team Leader; coordinate resources accordingly.
• Handle customer escalations and keep customers updated on progress.
• Adhere to information security and company procedures and ISO standards.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience to Customer Services Leader.
• Develop personal knowledge and skills; maintain a development plan.
• Train and mentor less experienced team members on product knowledge and processes.
• Collaborate in a team environment to support colleagues.
