Job summary

Nord Security’s B2B team builds cybersecurity products for businesses worldwide, enabling protection of data and people. This role focuses on affiliate partnerships, recruiting new partners, and optimizing performance to drive ROAS and pipeline growth.

You will negotiate deals, manage partner relationships, and collaborate with Product and Marketing to keep partners updated on product releases and updates. A strong background in B2B SaaS marketing and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks and tracking/attribution mechanisms.
• Knowledge of CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-driven recommendations and negotiate tangible results.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, contact and recruit new affiliate partnerships in SaaS/cybersecurity space.
• Negotiate and structure CPA, rev-share, hybrid, or flat-fee placements for profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
• Own partner performance: analyze data, audit traffic quality, optimize ROAS and pipeline targets.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to share updates with partners.
• Explore new channels, niches, funnels and opportunities continuously.
