Job summary

Saily is seeking a results-driven Partnerships Manager to identify, recruit, and grow strategic affiliate partners across the travel and tech space. You will optimize partner performance, analyze data, and collaborate with marketing teams to drive revenue and scale campaigns.

You bring 2+ years in affiliate marketing, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for travel. This remote role offers flexible work, international collaboration, and opportunities to test innovative growth ideas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships and online marketing.
• Working knowledge of CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in analyzing performance data and turning insights into action.
• Excellent written communication with strong negotiation skills.
• Team-player mindset with collaboration across internal and external partners.
• Interest in travel, technology, and innovation.
• Experience with attribution/tracking platforms, CRM and automation tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and build relationships with key partners to generate exposure and revenue.
• Target and develop relationships with both existing and new partners.
• Optimize partner performance by analyzing results and coordinating with marketing teams to improve CRO, SEO, and content.
• Monitor performance reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Research and test new ways and channels to promote Saily.
• Lead partnership growth: identify opportunities, test ideas, analyze results, and scale what works.
• Collaborate with media buyers and influencers to develop growth opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to align partnerships with broader marketing goals.
