Job summary

Nord Security is expanding its B2B team to grow affiliate partnerships, drive new collaborations and optimize performance across channels. The role emphasizes data analysis, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, profitable affiliate programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing.
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking/attribution mechanics.
• Digital marketing knowledge: CRO, PPC, content SEO, social media.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and recruit new affiliate partnerships in B2B SaaS.
• Negotiate and structure CPA, rev-share, hybrid and flat-fee deals.
• Build strong relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
• Own partner performance: analyze data and optimize ROAS and pipeline targets.
• Collaborate with Product/PM to share updates with editors.
• Explore new channels, niches, funnels and opportunities.
