Job summary

Nord Security is seeking a B2B Research professional to drive evidence-based decisions across product and marketing. You will conduct mixed-method research, synthesize insights, and support strategy with data.

You will work in a globally distributed team, communicating findings in clear, actionable formats to stakeholders and guiding product decisions that protect customers' data and enhance business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on research experience using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proven experience interviewing customers, designing questionnaires, and running surveys.
• Ability to turn raw data and findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research end to end — surveys, interviews, user studies, and market research.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, behaviors, and opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support product, marketing, and strategy decisions with evidence.
• Deliver insights in engaging, reusable formats that teams across the organization actually use.
