Job summary

Nord Security is hiring for an Influencer & Podcast Partnerships lead in Warsaw to own the B2B influencer program end-to-end. You will recruit, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships, ensuring authentic storytelling and profitable collaborations.

You will collaborate with Product and Marketing to keep creators informed about product updates, while exploring new channels and formats to expand ROAS and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in influencer marketing, podcast/media buying or creator partnerships in B2B SaaS is preferred.
• Proficient with campaign management platforms and tracking/attribution mechanics.
• Strong audience judgment and ability to assess brand fit beyond follower counts.
• Solid data-driven decision making and actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Nord Security B2B Influencer & Podcast program end-to-end, including research, outreach and partner recruitment.
• Negotiate and structure deals (sponsorships, affiliates, multi-placement packages) for profitability.
• Lead the creative process with partners: briefs, deliverables, usage rights while preserving authentic voice.
• Build strong relationships with creator, podcast and talent agency partners.
• Monitor partner performance with data (tracked links, promo codes, surveys) and optimize ROAS and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Product & Product Marketing to keep creators updated on products and releases.
• Seek innovations in channels, formats, niches, and opportunities.
