Job summary

Nord Security’s B2B team is seeking a seasoned Affiliate Partnerships Manager to identify, recruit, and manage partners that drive ROAS and pipeline for our cybersecurity solutions.

Collaborate with Product and Marketing to keep partners updated on product releases; negotiate deals; optimize performance across channels; enjoy benefits including training, health insurance across Poland and Lithuania, and work-from-anywhere options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in affiliate partnerships and online marketing (B2B SaaS a plus).
• Experience with tracking/attribution systems and affiliate networks.
• Knowledge of CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO and social media marketing.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into action.
• Negotiation skills aimed at profitable deals.
• Ability to manage a partner portfolio end-to-end and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and recruit new affiliate partnerships, targeting both existing SaaS/cybersecurity affiliates and new entrants.
• Negotiate and structure deals (CPA, rev-share, hybrid, flat-fee) that scale profitably.
• Build strong relationships with affiliate partners and network partners.
• Own partner performance: analyze data, spot issues, audit traffic quality, and optimize toward ROAS and pipeline targets.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to ensure editors have latest product updates and releases.
• Constantly seek innovations - new channels, niches, funnels, and opportunities.
