Nord Security’s B2B Research team empowers product and marketing decisions by delivering customer-centered insights and foresight across the full product lifecycle. The role focuses on strategic and product research, translating data into actionable guidance for stakeholders and shaping go-to-market strategies with evidence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on research experience, covering both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proven experience interviewing customers, designing questionnaires, and running surveys.
• Ability to turn raw data and research findings into recommendations that inform decisions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research end to end - surveys, interviews, user studies, and market research.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support product, marketing, and strategy decisions with evidence.
• Deliver insights in engaging, reusable formats that teams across the organization actually use.
