Job summary

Universal Investment is seeking a regulatory reporting specialist to join our dynamic team in Kraków. You will set up and file regulatory reports, monitor changes, and support clients and auditors in reporting matters.

The role requires a finance-related degree, relevant experience in asset management or accounting for funds, and strong MS Office skills. English fluency is essential, German is a plus. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related subject.
• First working experience in asset management or accounting for investment funds.
• High commitment, flexibility, and motivation.
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Regulatory environment knowledge (SFDR) is a plus and can be learned on-the-job.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent English is a must; German knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, production and filing of regulatory reports to authorities (Bundesbank, BaFin, SEC).
• Prepare and distribute regulatory reporting (e.g., SFDR/Taxonomy) to institutional clients.
• Perform internal checks and data validations prior to report generation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement in IT systems and workflows.
• Prepare written process documentation.
• Support clients, internal and external auditors, and stakeholders on reporting matters.
• Participate in projects and initiatives in regulatory reporting.

Join a dynamic regulatory reporting team where you'll help ensure compliance with evolving financial regulations while working with global regulators, institutional clients, and key stakeholders. You'll play an active role in regulatory reporting, process improvements, and implementation projects, making a real impact in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Set up, production and filing of regulatory reports to regulatory authorities (Bundesbank, BaFin, SEC)
• Preparation and distribution of regulatory reporting (e.g. SFDR/Taxonomy reporting) to institutional clients
• Pursuing internal checks and data validations prior to report generation
• Monitoring regulatory changes
• Supporting implementation of regulatory changes in IT systems and workflows
• Preparing written process documentation
• Supporting clients, internal and external auditors, and other stakeholders regarding reporting-related matters
• Actively participating in projects and initiatives in the area of regulatory reporting

What you offer:

• First working experience in area of asset management or accounting for investment funds, preferably gained at an investment management company, asset management firm, custodian bank or advisory firm
