Job summary

Universal Investment is seeking a Corporate Services Senior Specialist to join our Private Markets Corporate Services team in Kraków. You will oversee investment portfolios, coordinate corporate actions across German, Luxembourg and Irish funds, and ensure accurate reporting to authorities.

The role requires a legal background in financial services, strong English and German, and excellent organizational and stakeholder-management skills to support investors and fund managers.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of our investment portfolio.
• Independent managing, reviewing and executing corporate actions for funds in Germany, Luxembourg and Ireland, coordinating departments and advisors.
• Legal critical review of contractual amendments of target funds in investors' best interests.
• Representing investor interests of Universal-Investment with regards to target investments.
• Working with investors, fund managers, asset managers, custodians, auditors and authorities.
• Researching and compiling information relevant to decision-making.
• Preparing and maintaining investment data in a database.
• Executing and monitoring reporting obligations for national and international authorities.

We are currently looking for a colleague as Corporate Services Senior Specialist, which is part of our Private Markets Corporate Services department. The department is responsible for setting up and providing ongoing support for investment structures in a wide variety of fund products offered by Universal-Investment. It supports transactions, acts as the central point of contact for all investment-related issues, and comprehensively represents the interests of the shareholders of the Universal-Investment Group.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive management of our investment portfolio
• Independent managing, reviewing and executing of corporate actions for German, Luxembourg and Irish funds with involving and coordinating the relevant departments and advisors
• Legal critical review of contractual amendments of target funds in the best interests of our investors
• Representing the investor interests of Universal-Investment with regards to target investments
• Working with various internal and external stakeholders, like investors, fund manager, asset managers including preparation of data for queries from custodians, auditors and international authorities
• Researching and compiling information relevant to decision-making
• Preparing and maintaining investment data in a database
• Executing and monitoring reporting and recording obligations and ensuring that national and international authorities and organizations (Ultimate Beneficial Owner Register, Commercial Registers, etc.) are informed in a timely manner
