Job summary

Universal Investment is seeking a regulatory reporting specialist to join our dynamic team in Kraków. You will set up and file regulatory reports, monitor changes, and support clients and auditors in reporting matters.

The role requires a finance-related degree, relevant experience in asset management or accounting for funds, and strong MS Office skills. English fluency is essential, German is a plus. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related subject.
First working experience in asset management or accounting for investment funds.
High commitment, flexibility, and motivation.
Hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Regulatory environment knowledge (SFDR) is a plus and can be learned on-the-job.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Fluent English is a must; German knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up, production and filing of regulatory reports to authorities (Bundesbank, BaFin, SEC).
Prepare and distribute regulatory reporting (e.g., SFDR/Taxonomy) to institutional clients.
Perform internal checks and data validations prior to report generation.
Monitor regulatory changes and implement in IT systems and workflows.
Prepare written process documentation.
Support clients, internal and external auditors, and stakeholders on reporting matters.
Participate in projects and initiatives in regulatory reporting.
