Job summary

Universal Investment, Europe’s leading third-party ManCo and fund services provider, is seeking a regulatory reporting specialist in Kraków. You will join a dynamic team handling filings to Bundesbank, BaFin, and SEC, and support SFDR/taxonomy reporting for institutional clients.

You will monitor regulatory changes, assist with IT-backed implementations, and prepare process documentation while supporting clients and auditors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related subject.

Responsibilities

• Set up, production and filing of regulatory reports to regulatory authorities (Bundesbank, BaFin, SEC)
• Preparation and distribution of regulatory reporting (e.g. SFDR/Taxonomy reporting) to institutional clients
• Pursuing internal checks and data validations prior to report generation
• Monitoring regulatory changes
• Supporting implementation of regulatory changes in IT systems and workflows
• Preparing written process documentation
• Supporting clients, internal and external auditors, and other stakeholders regarding reporting-related matters
• Actively participating in projects and initiatives in the area of regulatory reporting
