Job summary

Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Central & Eastern Europe to lead sales initiatives across Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, and the Baltic States & The Balkans. You will drive dealer development, set targets, and execute market strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in construction equipment or related industry.
Experience in managing dealers and achieving sales targets.
Fluent in a Central or Eastern European language with strong English.
Strong analytical skills and solid business acumen.
Entrepreneurial, adaptable, creative, and proactive demeanor.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop the dealer network by setting sales targets, focusing on market share and brand perception.
Execute market strategy and segmentation aligned with dealer development.
Track competitor activity and report insights to the Regional Head of Sales.
Implement marketing initiatives and other relevant actions.
Collaborate closely with the Regional Head of Sales (Eastern Europe).
