Job summary

Go Ahead HiRe is seeking an Area Sales Manager for Central Eastern Europe and Italy. The role is remote from Poland with up to 60% travel. You will build a dealer network and manage key accounts across Poland and CEE, representing compact cranes and tracked carriers.

You will train dealers, translate technical data into commercial content, and support marketing initiatives while collaborating with a Europe-wide sales team led by the Sales Director in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in International Business, Commercial Economics or Engineering.
• Experience in B2B capital equipment, heavy machinery, vehicle construction or the construction and lifting industry.
• A proven track record in field sales, territory management or account management.
• The ability to represent the business locally and build trust with contractors and dealers.
• Polish and English language skills; other European languages are a plus.
• Strong commercial skills, persuasiveness and technical insight.
• A hands-on mentality, comfortable with live product demonstrations and technical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Building a dealer network from scratch: proactively build new partnerships with dealers across your region and train them on the compact/mini cranes, spider cranes, and tracked carriers.
• Maintain relationships and are responsible for the key accounts.
• Seize market opportunities by analyzing trends and translating them into concrete sales strategies.
• Advise and support dealers with product selection, quotations, and demonstrations.
• Travel regularly to dealers and customers across your assigned region.
• Marketing and product introductions: introduce new products, translate technical information into commercial content, and support marketing campaigns.
