Job summary

TIENS Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Warsaw to support end-to-end import/export operations and documentation. You will coordinate with 3PLs, brokers, and freight providers to ensure on-time deliveries and compliance with international trade rules.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in logistics, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP/WMS systems. Fluency in Polish and English is required, with German an advantage.

Qualifications

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
3–5 years of hands-on import/export experience, preferably in international company.
Experience with 3PL/4PL warehousing models and WMS.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end import/export operations, including customs clearance and documentation.
Coordinate daily operations with 3PLs, warehouses, and freight forwarders for timely deliveries.
Prepare and review import/export documentation per regulations and local laws.
Support freight bookings and relationships with logistics providers.
Monitor shipments and resolve issues to minimize delays.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure order fulfillment.
