Job summary

TIENS Europe Region GmbH & Co. KG in Warsaw seeks a Regional Logistic Coordinator to oversee import/export operations across Europe, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate documentation and smooth cross-border shipments.

You will coordinate with logistics providers, warehouses, brokers and regional teams, drive cost efficiency and continuous improvement in a fast-paced international environment, and report to the Logistics Manager.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in import/export operations, preferably in an international company.
Solid knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping practices.
Excellent speaking and writing in Polish and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end import/export operations, including customs clearance and shipping documentation.
Coordinate with third-party warehouses, freight forwarders, brokers, and transport providers for timely deliveries.
Prepare and maintain import/export documentation in compliance with regulations.
Assist in coordinating freight bookings and maintaining relationships with providers.
Monitor shipment status and resolve issues to minimize delays.
Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations for order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Monitor logistics costs, freight charges, duties, taxes, returns, and prepare KPI reports.
