ABOUT the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regional Logistic Coordinator to support the efficient management of import, export, and supply chain operations across the European region. Working closely with the Logistics Manager and cross-functional teams, you will coordinate logistics activities, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and help optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory processes to support seamless business operations. This role serves as a key link between internal departments, logistics service providers, customs brokers, and regional partners, ensuring shipments are delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of operational accuracy and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Logistics Manager in coordinating end-to-end import and export operations, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, transport arrangements, and duties & taxes administration.
- Coordinate daily operations with third-party warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation in compliance with international trade regulations and local legal requirements.
- Assist in coordinating freight bookings and maintaining effective relationships with logistics service providers to support cost-effective and efficient transportation.
- Monitor shipment status, proactively follow up on delivery schedules, and resolve logistics issues to minimize delays and operational disruptions.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely issue resolution.
- Support the monitoring of logistics costs, freight charges, customs duties, taxes, returns, and related expenses, and assist in preparing regular logistics reports and KPI analyses.
- Coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure efficient cross-border logistics operations and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support the implementation of logistics improvement projects, process optimization initiatives, and regional supply chain activities.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Perform other logistics and supply chain coordination tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in import/export operations, preferably in an international company.
- Solid knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping practices.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems.
- Excellent speaking and writing in Polish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
