Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a capable Transportation Operations Professional to coordinate domestic and international freight, monitor shipments, and optimize transport solutions. Qualifications

Proven experience in transportation operations or logistics.
Strong understanding of domestic and international freight forwarding processes.
Negotiation skills with carriers and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate domestic and international transportation including FTL, LTL, and parcels.
Monitor shipments from origin to destination and resolve delays.
Negotiate freight rates and terms with carriers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Manage carrier relationships and contract compliance.
Process shipping docs: bills of lading, customs declarations, delivery notes.
Optimize routes and modes to improve efficiency and meet deadlines.
Collaborate with warehousing, procurement and sales to align transport activities.
Use TMS and other software for planning, tracking and reporting.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
Prepare and analyze transportation reports and identify improvements.
