Job summary

DSV is seeking a Transport Coordinator to oversee the execution of transport services, optimize fleet utilization, and maintain strong customer service in a multi-shift environment. You will work closely with carriers and drivers to resolve issues and drive Lean improvements.

Knowledge of TMS and MS Office is essential, along with strong time management and communication skills. This role offers a full-time contract and opportunities to contribute ideas and grow within DSV.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a three-shift system.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
• Ability to effectively manage time, resources, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ongoing execution of transport services by ensuring the available fleet and optimizing vehicle utilization.
• Ensure high-quality customer service through effective operational cooperation with carriers and drivers.
• Resolve day-to-day customer operational issues in line with DSV quality standards.
• Participate in building and promoting a Lean culture.
• Operate Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Identify the quality and operational needs of internal and external customers and propose innovative solutions.
