You will lead subcontractor trailers and ensure quality services while supporting budget goals and accurate system documentation.

The role requires strong knowledge of the local forwarding market, fluency in Polish and English, and an analytical, collaborative approach in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling forwarding projects and orders.
• Strong knowledge of the local freight forwarding market.
• Experience leading trailers - preferred.
• Good knowledge of Polish and English.
• Analytical approach and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a busy and unpredictable environment.
• Ability to cooperate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Organizing individual stages of forwarding and transport services.
• Cooperation with clients, partners, subcontractors and other units.
• Leading trailers of subcontractors carriers DSV – titl/frigo semi-trailer.
• Delivering high-quality services to customers.
• Cooperation with DSV partners in Europe.
• Realization of budget and quality goals.
• Ensuring the correctness of data in the system and operational documentation.
