Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Polska sp. z o.o. seeks a Regional Field Service Engineer for Europe (Poland) to install CoreLab platforms and act as a regional expertise resource. You will lead complex setups, ensure compliance, and collaborate across borders to deliver high-quality service to customers and patients.

You will travel frequently across Europe, bring strong IT, electronics, and electro-mechanical knowledge, and communicate effectively in English within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Full technical higher education in precision mechanics, electronic, IT, medical technology or related fields.
• Open to recent graduates or those with 1–3 years of experience seeking a long-term career.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and IT and networking concepts.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills in a multi-cultural environment.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex installations of CoreLab platforms and achieve successful technical release.
• Act as Knowledge Expert and support other Field Service Engineers across borders.
• Ensure compliance by documenting activities in the CRM and following quality procedures.
• Analyze and resolve most technical questions independently; escalate only the complex issues.
• Develop and monitor local reports to ensure efficient service delivery and control costs.
• Focus on installations for large projects requiring special attention and coordination.
• Stay current with service bulletins and GCS updates and promote teamwork.
