Responsibilities

Lead Complex Installations: install and release CoreLab analytical platforms.
Act as Knowledge Expert: support projects and transfer knowledge across borders.
Ensure Compliance: document activities per CRM and quality procedures.
Drive Service Excellence: analyze and resolve most technical questions, refer only complex issues.
Monitor and Optimize: develop local reports and monitor costs for service activities.
Manage Project Lifecycle: focus on installations for large projects with special requirements.
Stay Current: track service bulletins and updates, promote teamwork.
