Job summary

Roche in Poland is seeking a Regional Field Service Engineer for the Implementation Team Europe. You will install CoreLab analytical platforms and serve as the technical resource across Europe. You will lead complex installations, ensure compliance, and transfer knowledge to other Field Service Engineers.

Qualifications

• Full technical higher education in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience is welcomed.
• Fluent English required (verbal and written).
• Driver's license and willingness to travel across Europe expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex installations and technically release CoreLab platforms.
• Serve as a knowledge expert and support Field Service Engineers across borders.
• Document service activities accurately in CRM in line with quality procedures.
• Analyze and resolve most technical questions; escalate only the most complex issues.
• Develop local reports and monitor costs for service delivery.
• Manage lifecycles of installations for large projects with special requirements.
• Stay updated on service bulletins and Global Customer Support updates.
