Job summary

Grifols, S.A is seeking a Technical Application Specialist to support Diagnostics customers across Poland. You will ensure successful instrument implementation, customer training, troubleshooting, and application support, acting as the key technical liaison between customers and Grifols.

You will travel extensively within Poland to support customers, deliver trainings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving complex application issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills oriented to customer needs.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively and manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical application support remotely and onsite including installations, training, troubleshooting, software upgrades and workflow optimization.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, manage escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support new product launches and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support and Quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel extensively across Poland to support customers and occasionally assist in other territories.
