Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Polska sp. z o.o. is seeking a Regional Field Service Engineer for Europe, based in Poland.

You will install CoreLab analytics platforms, act as a regional knowledge expert, and ensure compliant documentation of service activities across borders. Qualifications

Technical higher education in precision mechanics, electronics, IT, medical technology, or related field.
Recent university graduates or 1–3 years of experience welcomed.
Basic knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems and IT and Networking concepts.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel across Europe; reside near an international airport.

Responsibilities

Install CoreLab analytical laboratory instrument platforms and perform technical release.
Act as knowledge expert and support other Field Service Engineers across borders.
Document all regional service activities in the CRM and ensure compliance.
Analyze and resolve most technical questions and monitor local service costs.
Manage installations for large projects requiring special attention across Europe.
