Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Polska sp. z o.o. in Poland is seeking a Regional Field Service Engineer to install and validate CoreLab platforms across Europe. You will serve as a knowledge expert, support cross-border projects, and ensure compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities include leading complex installations, documenting activities in CRM, and driving service excellence while collaborating with a multi-cultural team and adapting to frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Full technical higher education in precision mechanics, electronics, IT, Medical Technology, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience or recent graduates seeking a long-term Roche career.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, IT and networking concepts.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Installations: install and technically release CoreLab analytical laboratory instrument platforms for customer use.
• Act as Knowledge Expert: contribute to large customer projects and serve as a technical resource across borders.
• Document all regional service activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Analyze and resolve most technical questions, escalating only the most complex issues.
• Develop and monitor local reports to ensure efficient service delivery and monitor costs.
• Prepare information for meetings and share outcomes with others.
• Manage project lifecycle for installations on large projects with demanding customer requirements.
• Stay updated with service bulletins and Global Customer Support updates.
