Job summary

DEKRA Praca Sp. z o.o. is expanding its new Wroclaw GBS Centre and seeks a recruiter to coordinate the full recruitment cycle across the EMEA region. You will attract top talent and help build hiring strategies aligned with long‑term business goals.

You will work in an international environment, supporting strategic HR projects, and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition CoE to optimize processes and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience for a senior-level position.
• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in German and English are required.
• Strong sense of accountability and action‑oriented.
• Ability to plan and align activities and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate talent acquisition to meet staffing needs and long‑term strategy.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines for specialty roles.
• Create job descriptions, source applicants, compile lists of suitable candidates, interview and hire.
• Provide short‑listing of candidates for final selection by hiring manager.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition CoE to create end‑to‑end hiring processes.
• Provide input for HR Ops knowledge base and policy updates.
• Support Talent Acquisition CoE with process improvements and documentation.

Job Description

In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, help attract top talent, and contribute to building effective hiring strategies that support our long‑term business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate talent acquisition to ensure staffing needs are being met with client’s long‑term strategy;
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search for specialty roles) to build pipelines for potential applicants;
• Create job description, source applicants, compile lists of most‑suitable candidates, interview and hire candidates;
• Provide short‑listing of candidates for final selection by hiring manager;
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition CoE to create and implement end‑to‑end hiring processes
• Provide feedback on Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and programs to Talent Acquisition CoE
• Provide input for HR Ops knowledge base (wiki or similar systems)

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience;
• 5+ years of experience for a senior‑level position;
• An educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in the local language: German and English are required.
• A strong sense of accountability and be action‑oriented;
• Ability to plan and align activities, collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, maintain a strong customer focus, and continuously optimize work processes.
