Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a recruiter who will bridge candidates with the company, ensuring the right person is in the right role at the right time. You will manage end-to-end recruiting with a focus on quality, speed, and collaboration with HR partners and business leaders.

Fluency in French (C1) and English (minimum B2) is required, with a minimum of four years in recruiting. Prior pharma experience is a plus, and a completed higher education degree in HR or related fields is preferred.

• Minimum 4 years of end-to-end recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting processes and coordinate with business and HR Partners.
• Identify and attract candidates using a broad range of sourcing and assessment methods.
• Screen applications, interview candidates, and negotiate contractual terms.
• Independently prioritize work, manage deliverables, and meet timelines.
• Develop and refine recruitment strategies to meet business needs.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• having end-to-end responsibility for recruiting processes and managing them in close collaboration with the business and HR Business Partners,
• being an expert in the market, able to attract and select the most suitable candidates using a broad range of identification and assessment approaches,
• actively identifying and contacting candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening incoming applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating contractual conditions,
• independently prioritizing work, managing deliverables, and meeting timelines,
• developing and deciding on the appropriate recruitment strategies

About our future employee

You should speak French (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting (in-house or agency). Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• completed higher education, preferably in HR or related fields,
• proven skills in people assessment and advanced interview techniques,
• demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships,
