A leading software company in Poland is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to take ownership of recruitment processes. This role involves coordinating recruitment from start to finish, sourcing candidates through various methods, and conducting interviews. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of IT recruitment experience and be fluent in English and Polish. The company offers a competitive salary and a friendly, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably from a recruitment agency.
• Good understanding of information technology and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge.
• Fluency in English and Polish languages.
• Write clear, engaging job ads and messages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes end-to-end, from gathering requirements to onboarding.
• Source passive candidates using a variety of methods and tools.
• Conduct job interviews and keep candidate database updated.
• Keep candidate database up to date and write/post job ads.
• Take part in onboarding and offboarding processes and employer branding.
